This policy describes how the AMPAM National Estate Trust (EIN 98-6146741) collects, uses, and protects the information you provide through the National Identity Portal at ampamgov.org.
What we collect
- Identity details you submit when registering: legal name, date of birth, mailing address, email, phone number, and a portrait photo for your credential card.
- Documents you choose to upload to support your enrollment or estate filings.
- Records generated by your enrollment: your ADDIF identifier, national identifier, credential card number, and estate and wallet records.
How we use it
- To establish and maintain your standing as a national, issue your ADDIF credential, and open your estate and ALDC wallet.
- To maintain the national registry and the audit trail required by the CER-1880 controlled-records standard.
- To contact you about your enrollment, filings, and estate.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your information with third parties except as required to operate the registry you enrolled in.
- Government services are provided without charge; your information is never used for advertising.
How it is protected
Information travels over encrypted connections (TLS). Registry records are held as controlled electronic records under the CER-1880 standard, with access limited by clearance level. Public credential verification exposes only the fields printed on your credential card.
Blockchain records
Your ADDIF identity is anchored on the Polygon blockchain as a soulbound credential. Anchored records contain identifiers and cryptographic hashes, not your personal documents.
Your choices
You may review your records, request corrections, or direct questions about this policy to [email protected].
